If not, then do not  download and use Thorium Builder.

Nymphide Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use Thorium Builder.

Nymphide Lab is the owner of the intellectual property rights.
This EULA may be modified at any time by Nymphide Lab.

You can’t rent, lease, sell, redistribute or sublicense your licence.

You can’t use Thorium Builder for an illegal activity.

You can’t modify the Thorium Builder software in any way (decompile, edit, remove copyright notice…)

Maintenance and support

The Thorium Builder software,  documentation and tutorials  are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty .

You will be notified when upgrades are available.You can can download available updates form the thorium builder web site.

External Plugins and Addons are provided for Free to users with a Thorium License, but as most of them are based on open source code, they are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty .

The Thorium Builder sofware and third party components that are involved in the creation of WebApps and WebSites are not liable for direct or indirect damages.

Any dispute between You and Nymphide Lab must exclusively be submitted to the court of Tallinn, Estonia.
