Thorium Builder 4.0 is a major update with many new features (this is a free update).
REQUIREMENTS
Thorium Version 4 requires MacOS 11 (Big Sur) or newer on Mac ARM or x86
Important
Because of the migration to Framework7 V8, there are many breaking changes and your Apps may require some modifications in order to work properly.
You can however keep the previous 3.6 version installed on your Mac in order to keep working with the previous version while working on new projects with the 4.0 version.
If you want to convert a 3.X project to the new V4, then you will have to edit & re-save some widgets such as swipers, grids and forms

dbExpress the DB Manager has been redesigned and improved.
(and is now available as an embedded Tab pane)dbExpress MySQL the dbExpress Projects can now use both SQLite and MySQL. A all new Wizard Dialog lets you synchronize an SQLite Database with a MySQL Database.
Monaco Editor the custom Code and Custom CSS editors are now using Monaco Editor (Like Visual Studio Code). It includes IntelliSense, Validation and Syntax Colorization.

JSON API because of the framework7 V8 implementation, all the JSON API Forms are now using the fetch API ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Fetch_API )
If you had some custom code using JSON API custom code, then you may have to adapt the code to the new Fetch API.dbExpress Spatial Filter - It is now possible to filter data by calculating their distance from a Geo point by using the Latitude / Longitude and a Distance value.
UI/UX Improvement- Many Interface Improvements
App Templates- All the Templates, Examples and Tutorial Apps have been reworked for a better support of iOS/Android and Dark / Light modes
Single Version- There is now only one version of TB replacing both the Developper and Designer Editions
Leaflet - updated to version 1.9.4

Web Builder- The Web Builder is now available as a separated (and Free) software.
