Smart Objects Edit Dialog

From this window, you can edit or create database records. This Window can also be used for batch-index data records as described in the “ Batch Indexing ” help page.

Advanced Property Settings

Double-click on a record in the Database Manager list in order to edit the selected record.

• General

  In this Tab you will find all the commons fields (fixed) generally used to describe a record.

• Picture

  If the record has a picture attached, add it in this tab.

• Text

  Use this tab if you want to add long formatted text to the record. (For example a Blog Article)

• Geo Loc

  All the required information when a record needs to be geolocated (GoogleMap implementation for instance). The “Search on Map” button allows to search and locate items directly on a map (requires to add your GoogleMap API key to the Project Settings )

• Video

  If the record has a video attached, add it in this tab.

• Audio

  If the record has an audio file attached, add it in this tab.

• Snippet

  Use this tab if you want to add custom embedded code to the record.

• Custom Fields

  Within this tab, you can manage your custom fields for the record.
